3. Nature of the Interface

LiquiFy DAO provides a non-custodial, permissionless, and open-source web interface for interacting with liquid restaking and cross-chain staking protocols. It does not custody funds, control any blockchain, or provide financial advice, and it operates entirely on public smart contracts.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Interface to:

  • Misrepresent your location, identity, or jurisdiction;

  • Use the Interface for financial transactions regulated as securities, futures, or leveraged derivatives if not in compliance with applicable law;

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration, following a good-faith effort to resolve disputes privately first. You waive any right to trial by jury and class actions.

6. Disclaimers and No Warranties

The Interface is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties or guarantees of any kind. LiquiFy DAO makes no representations regarding:

  • Uptime or availability;

  • Accuracy of third-party data or on-chain metrics;

  • Security of blockchain networks;

  • Regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction;

  • Return on staking or restaking activities.

Use of the Interface is entirely at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

9. Privacy & Data

The Interface may collect limited session or IP data to detect abuse or maintain protocol security. Except as required by law, such data is not shared. Users must not expect confidentiality beyond what is explicitly stated.

10. Non-Reliance & User Responsibility

By using the Interface, you confirm that:

  • You are an experienced, self-directed blockchain participant;

  • You do not rely on any representations not included in these Terms;

  • You understand the risks of staking, restaking, bridging, and on-chain transactions, including loss of funds;

  • You are solely responsible for transaction fees and gas costs, which are irreversible.

The Interface may contain references to or integrations with third-party products or services. LiquiFy DAO does not endorse or accept responsibility for third-party content, risks, or performance.

12. Modifications & Termination

These Terms may be updated periodically. Your continued use of the Interface after changes constitutes acceptance. The Interface maintainers may suspend access at any time for compliance or security reasons.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and LiquiFy DAO regarding use of the Interface and supersede any prior discussions or representations.

By using or accessing the LiquiFy DAO Interface, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
